Our small groups enjoy exercising, relaxing and learning about the benefits of preparing real food in a beautiful log cabin (with hot tub) in the North Yorkshire Countryside.

Typical Itinerary


7pm – Check in,  Welcome Meeting and unwind … Hot Tub will be on!

8:30/9am – Breakfast
10am – Nordic Walk Technique and Practical (2 hours)
1pm – Lunch
2.30pm – Mobility balls
3.30pm – Fitness Pilates
5.30pm – Evening Meal

Free Time – Hot Tub and chill out
8.30/9am – Breakfast
10am – Kettlebells
11am – HiiT Bodyweight
1pm – Lunch
2.30pm – Box Fit
3.30pm – Heart Break Hill Hike
5pm – Evening Meal
6pm – Depart

The prices shown are fully inclusive and cover accommodation, meals and snacks  are prepared for you and all group activities for the duration of your stay.

A Single payment of £395


Non refundable Deposit of £125 followed by a further payment of £270 due by 1st July 2015

Deposit payments are non refundable. Payment Balance is due by 1st July 2015 if payment is not completed by this date your deposit is forfeited. After the 2nd July 2015 subject to payment your place is confirmed and non refundable however it is transferable to another suitable adult over the age of 18 subject to a £15 admin fee.
