Session Timetable

Mondays: 6.15am , 9.30am

Tuesdays: 6.15am, 6.15pm

Wednesdays: 6.15am, 9.30am, 6.15pm

Thursdays: 6.15am, 6.15pm

Fridays: 6.15am, 9.30am

All sessions last 45 minutes and are at Riccall Regen Centre, Riccall, York, YO19 6PW
