January Detox Retreat

Our small groups enjoy exercising, relaxing and learning about the benefits of preparing real food in a beautiful log cabin (with hot tub) in the North Yorkshire Countryside.

6pm onwards – R&R and Hot tub time

10am – Metabolic Interval Training Session

11am- Team Challenge

12pm – Healthy lunch Prep

2pm – Fitness Pilates

3pm – Afternoon Nutrition Talk

4pm – Final Chill out

5pm – Evening Meal Prep
