We started running our group programs way back in 2007 and since then we have worked hard on improving, adapting and evolving the program and support resources.

Boot Camp runs in 4 week progressive blocks. This allows us to build each week on what we have covered the previous one. It allows us to progress the workouts during the 4 week period in both technique, skill and difficulty. In my opinion after over 12 years as a trainer pay as you go classes just don’t work for results.

We use a time based format that allows those new to Boot Camp to work at their own pace. Simply put as you get fitter your work volume in allocated time periods increases. This means that you control the intensity of your workout and nobody feels like they are holding the group up or being left behind.

At the first session of each block, our induction session we dial things back and focus on technique, a reminder for those that have trained with us before and a good chance for those new to us to learn the primary exercises we will be using over the 4 week period.

When you start your Boot Camp journey with us we ask if you are looking for body shape change or weight loss that you record some starting stats. We look at specific body measurements and also that you take starting photos. You don’t have to submit them to us but we do find that those that do and make them accountable to the Trainer team tend to get better results. We will prompt you to re take this at set intervals during the program.

All sessions last 45 minutes and are at Riccall Regen Centre, Riccall, York, YO19 6PW

All memberships are on a rolling basis and you can end your membership at any time by simply giving 30 days notice.

Once you have registered I will contact you on the email address provided and send you links to the members thebody1_reduce_copyarea and all the relevant passwords. This will allow you to start to prepare for your first Boot Camp and also offers access to the members zone and interactive facebook group. Once we send you this info your booking is confirmed and is non refundable.

After that you just need to attend your first session with us and we will get you started on your journey.
