Popular with celebrities such as Mylene Klass, Claire Sweeney and Davina, pad boxing workouts are a fantastic way to tone up, blow torch body fat and rapidly increase your fitness. The use of target pads has been shown to be 60% more effective than air punching alone!

We first started running Box Fit at local village halls and community centres way back in 2007 and the program has gone from strength to strength with people using it for fitness and weight loss.


Our 4 Week program focuses on a different key area each week and we progress it using varied workouts that are a mix of beginner level pad work, Abs work and HiiT (High intensity interval training)

Tuesdays 6.30pm-7.15pm – 12 Places

£24 for the 4 week block

Who is it for?

As with all of our Programs we have both male and female participants of all ages, shapes and sizes and the time based format makes it inclusive so you can work as hard as you like, rest if needed but most importantly enjoy it.

We often here class members comment “wow are we finished already” because they have been enjoying it so much.


We offer a group timetable as shown and also offer 1 to 1 sessions and pairs workouts in our Personal Training studio in Riccall.

1 to 1 Sessions are £20 for 30 minutes (you really don’t need any longer than 30 minutes with our instructors) or £20 each if training with a friend and the session lasts 60 minutes. Contact us for availability

Sessions are light hearted and fun but you get a fantastic workout with some serious calorie burn during the session and EPOC (excess post exercise consumption) providing Afterburner long after you have finished.

Pad work is so much more effective than air punching alone, the resistance from the pads really adds value to your workout and offers more from a toning point of view, give us a try and Im sure you will be addicted”
