What do the sessions involve?

The vast majority of our workouts are time based intervals. That means that regardless of your fitness levels everybody can take part and simply completes as much work as they can in the allocated time. This way nobody feels like they are holding the group back and equally nobody feels like they are hanging around waiting.

As fitness improves work volume will increase and a measurable improvement can be seen.

We use a wide variety of techniques to ensure that sessions stay interesting but ultimately progress you towards your goal, check out a few examples below.
