The 21 Day Detox

You get distracted by “life: and then before you know it a few years later you don’t like what you see in the mirror. You know you should be doing something, sometimes you even know what you should be doing but you just can’t find the TIME.

So you try and hide it, but after a while your clothes can only hide so much. Getting ready to go out is a knock to your confidence and eventually you feel like nothing looks good on you anymore.

How do I know this?

Because despite being a trainer armed with a wealth of knowledge and qualifications, I have been in that EXACT place. Let me tell you, there is only so long you can hide behind a hoody!

Now this is not going to be easy, nothing worth achieving ever is but to get results you have to put the effort in. I’m probably in a similar position to you, I have a 5 year old son, I run a business, I often start work at 6.15am and finish at 8pm. I totally get it that you struggle for time. With that in mind I keep my workout sessions short and effective and a high quality 45 minutes, I also try to make the nutrition element as easy as possible. No calorie counting, different coloured days, fasting or complicated systems.

Workouts

Our workouts are all 45 minutes long. They comprise of a mobility warm up a 24-30 minute session and a cool down and stretch.

The workouts are designed to create “Afterburn”. This refers to elevating your metabolism so you not only burn calories during the session but at an accelerated rate long after your workout is over.

Using metabolic resistance technique the workouts burn fat whilst promoting muscle tone.

You can attend as many sessions as you want from the timetable.
